Technical Support


A system is only as good as the user’s ability to utilize it, and we’ve worked hard to ensure that the software is intuitive and easy to use.  Regardless, the Creative Services and Entertainment Marketing industry is always evolving; changing processes or staff turnover can affect a department’s efficiency within the system, and it’s important that they can turn to a knowledgeable expert to get questions answered quickly.

Each year, our ON-AIR Pro™ Licensees receive a pool of Technical Support Hours that can be used to perform routine server maintenance, receiving and answering questions from end-users by phone or e-mail, as well as any resulting analysis, troubleshooting, or correcting/recovering data. This ensures that our clients will always have someone to turn to to get information, technical support or quick turnaround fixes for data entry errors that may occur.

Support may also cover some changes to the configuration of ON-AIR Pro™ via existing preference options, help with rebuilding users, and making minor layout modifications to existing print/report layouts.

Sometimes business processes change enough to require more significant changes, perhaps requiring additions or modifications to the existing schema, data structures, business logic or other system processes.  Though these cannot be provided under the technical support services, Thought Development offers extensive Development Services, and can quickly develop change requests, called Statements of Work, which outline small or large change requirements and provide the clients a reliable estimate of the work they can count on.
